点评：Completely Unacceptable Experience
Absolutely terrible experience at this theater tonight. My daughter and I purchased tickets to see The Ice Cream Man. When we bought our tickets, the employee never once questioned our age or told us that we would not be allowed into the movie. We paid around $50, went into the theater, and were then stopped by another employee who told us we couldn't watch it.
We went back to the front, where the manager came out and explained that the movie contained a lot of death, gore, etc. We explained that we were completely aware of what the movie was about, that we are horror fans, and that we were perfectly fine with the content. The manager then told us that we could continue watching the movie.
So we went back inside and started watching.
Then, AGAIN, the manager comes into the theater and tells us that we aren't allowed to watch the movie after all.
At that point, we had already been sent back and forth multiple times because apparently nobody at this theater could communicate with each other or figure out their own age policy. We left our belongings, walked back to the front, and asked for a refund.
And even then, they initially refunded us less than the full amount we paid. I had to go back inside and specifically request the rest of my money before I finally received a full refund.
This entire experience was ridiculous. If there is an age restriction for a movie, the person selling the tickets should be checking that BEFORE taking someone's money and sending them into the theater. Don't sell us tickets, let us enter, tell us we're allowed to stay after speaking with the manager, and then come back and kick us out after we've started the movie.
We wasted our time, had to repeatedly get up and leave, and were treated like we had done something wrong when the theater employees were the ones who failed to communicate and handle the situation properly.
Train your employees on your policies and make sure they actually communicate with one another. Customers shouldn't have to pay $50, get admitted, get approved by a manager, sit down to watch their movie, and then get kicked out anyway.

整个经历简直荒谬至极。如果一部电影有年龄限制，卖票的人就应该在收钱并放行观众进影院之前进行核实。别先卖给我们票、让我们进去，在和经理沟通后又告诉我们可以留下，结果等电影开始后又把我们赶出去。
我们浪费了时间，还不得不屡次起身离开。那些剧院员工没能妥善沟通和处理情况，可我们却被当成做错事的人来对待。
请务必对员工进行公司政策培训，确保他们能有效地相互沟通。顾客不该付出50美元购票后，还得经过经理批准才能入场；甚至坐下来看电影了，最后还是被赶走。
