Once inside, consumers are subjected to intense psychological duress and financial coercion. The salesperson committed direct procedural fraud by taking physical control of my personal cell phone screen, fast-scrolling through my private applications, and pushing the final loan processing and authorization buttons himself through the Affirm platform to force through a total balance of $3,129.32 without my free consent. The merchant finalized this loan before disclosing any return terms or forcing a rushed signature on a liability waiver, which was executed under severe duress after the transaction had already been run. Furthermore, this business operates under an intentional network of shifting shell names to evade financial accountability. The storefront is branded as 'River Sense', the physical waiver lists the merchant as 'Mia Boutique / Ana Beauty LLC', and the official electronic Affirm receipt lists the merchant as 'Oak Beauty LLC VIP - Oak Beauty LLC Savannah'.Within hours of this forced transaction, my family physically returned to the storefront to leave the merchandise completely unopened, unaltered, and sealed in its original plastic wrapping, fully satisfying the 14-day unopened return window explicitly guaranteed on page 2 of the merchant's own contract. Store employees aggressively refused to process a terminal refund and threatened to call the police to force us off the premises. The unopened inventory was safely left on the merchant's counter, and time-stamped photo evidence was secured showing the store is in physical possession of the stock.
