点评：Looking for an outdoor adventure that will take you above the treetops, give you stunning views, challenge you a little, and leave you with memories for a lifetime? Look no further than Screaming Eagle at Lake Guntersville State Park!
⭐ The Experience:
We did the Level 2 course, and it was SO much fun! The course takes you high into the trees with suspension bridges, challenging elements, and some seriously fun ziplines. The views overlooking Lake Guntersville from the treetops were absolutely beautiful. The super zips were definitely a highlight—they’re long, fast, and give you an incredible perspective of the lake and surrounding park.
The entire Level 2 experience took us aproximately 3 hours, so you definitely feel like you’re getting a full adventure rather than just a few quick ziplines.
💰 Admission Fee:
It isn't the cheapest outdoor activity, but considering the length of the course, the number of ziplines, the scenery, and the overall experience, we felt it was worth it.
🌿 Atmosphere:
The atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for—outdoors, adventurous, energetic, and just plain fun. You’re surrounded by trees and nature the entire time, with beautiful views of Lake Guntersville along the way. It has enough challenge and adrenaline to keep things exciting without feeling intimidating or overly serious.
👥 Crowd Size:
We were there on a Sunday morning, it was quite and our group was small, with only 5 total. We had originally wanted to go on Saturday, but missed out opportunity to make reservations , so I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance because there are limited spots available and they SELL OUT!
🙌 The Staff:
And we HAVE to give a special shout-out to our guides, Grace and Drake! These two were so much fun. Their energy, silliness, and banter had us laughing throughout the entire tour. They knew how to keep things safe and professional while still making the experience feel relaxed and fun. They encouraged us when things got challenging and made the whole adventure that much more memorable.
🎯 Best For:
I would recommend Screaming Eagle for couples, families, friends, groups, or anyone looking for something more memorable than the typical tourist attraction. It's especially great for people who enjoy a little adrenaline but also want beautiful scenery and an experience they can share with others.
You don't need previous ziplining experience, either—the guides provide instruction and stay with you throughout the course.
Bottom line: If you're looking for adventure, gorgeous views, a little adrenaline, and a LOT of laughs, Screaming Eagle is absolutely worth doing. And if you get Grace and Drake as your guides, consider yourself lucky! ❤️
