Extremely disappointed with Bally Outlet’s quality and customer service.
I purchased these shoes for my daughter’s graduation. She wore them once, for less than an hour, only while walking across the stage to receive her award. She then changed into high heels for the prom, placed the Bally shoes back into their protective pouch, and never wore them again.
When we took them out, the metallic finish was covered in scratches. For a luxury brand like Bally, I would never expect a pair of shoes worn for such a short time, on a single occasion, to deteriorate so dramatically.
We submitted a quality claim, and after waiting two weeks, Bally rejected it, claiming the damage was caused by “wear and tear” and a “deep scratch caused by a sharp object.” This conclusion is completely inconsistent with how the shoes were actually used. They were treated with exceptional care and were barely worn.
I wasn’t expecting a luxury brand to dismiss a genuine quality concern so quickly, especially after making us wait two weeks. The experience has left me questioning both the durability of Bally Outlet products and their commitment to standing behind the quality of their merchandise.
Very disappointing experience. I expected far better from a brand like Bally. I will think twice before purchasing from Bally again.
