Ferry to Key West

点评：My husband and I took the Key West Ferry from Ft. Myers Beach. The Ferry: boarding starts a 7am and there was a line at 7am. Seating is nice indoors and very windy outdoors. Bring something to do as the 3 to 3.5 hours gets a little boring. We played cards, made the time pass. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. You also get island discounts by choosing the Ferry.
We had purchased trolley tickets for three days. Glad we did so. Day one the full tour gives you and idea where you want to go and how to hope on and off trolley. Lots of walking no matter how you planned it. Historical tours are very well done. Great information from guides. Would recommend, Hemmingway's Home and Writing studio, Trumans Summer Whitehouse and the Pirate History. The Butterfly museum was closed.
Went to some great restaurants, shopped and walked the island. Great time.
The only negative is as with many great places it's become very commercialized. Lost a little of it's charm.
