点评：We were so excited to tour Tuscany with friends and family. We booked this gentleman third party through an agency our organizers work with. Unfortunately he was not able to complete his task on the transfer from Florence to Siena area. He left 2 passengers stranded because the group was 17 minutes late. We should not have been late. That is unacceptable. However, he did not handle it in a professional manner. He was visibly upset, aggressive and used profanity with our organizer. He then left 2 passengers completely behind to find their own way in a foreign country. We absolutely accept our error in being late. However we did still pay full price for the service despite him leaving 2 behind. On the transfer back he explained to us that the road to the train station was closed and he would need to drop us 1 km from our destination to walk with many pieces of luggage. We graciously accepted this only to find that when we arrived at the station taxis, uber drivers and limos were dropping passengers directly in front of the station. I would recommend that perhaps you could find a more professional driver that is able to get you where you need to go.
