点评：Beautiful walk along Galveston’s Seawall - the ocean views, fresh sea breeze, and sound of the waves were beautiful, but what really caught my attention were the colorful, educational benches along the way. Each one tells a different story about Galveston’s history, marine life, and coastal environment.
I found myself stopping again and again to read and admire the artwork. I learned about the devastating hurricane of 1900, Hurricane Ike, red tides, jellyfish, bayous, and even local boating activities. There is so much fascinating information tucked into these beautifully decorated benches.
I highly recommend this walk for families with children! It’s a lovely way to combine fresh air, exercise, beautiful scenery, and education. But honestly, it’s just as enjoyable for adults who love learning and discovering new things.
