A Boat Ride to Remember

点评：Since my wife and had come here to celebrate my grand niece 15th birthday on Saturday night. We decided that Sunday, morning belonged to us. Since, we stayed near Bricktown we decided to to go on the Oklahoma City Bricktown Canal Narrated Boat Tour.
After breakfast, we drove down to the meeting area on 111 S Mickey Mantle Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, because as usual my wife and I try to get to our destination early. The price o the tour for two (2), seniors was $15.00 each.
We met several nice people and the captain (using the term lightly), of our boat was Mr. Alan S. He was super friendly, polite and very welcoming. Although he was very serious about his job he kept everything lively, fun and very entertaining.
Mr. Alan was a wealth of information concerning the canal which is only 4 feet deep, the walkways on either did full of restaurants and wall with very interesting murals with stories which sadly I can't recall (maybe it's why I wasn't the captain of boat).
The canal it's self is full of history and many stories not to mention paintings. The smell from the bbq restaurant near by made my mouth water I thought I was filling the canal. This tour was very educational and very fun.
I would go there again if Captain Alan was manning the boat. I hope you come and support them, especially to say hello to Captain Alan S.

关于这条水深仅有4英尺的运河，艾伦先生知晓大量相关信息。两边的步行道上到处都是餐馆，墙面上还有许多讲述着各种故事的、非常有趣的壁画——可惜我已经记不起那些故事了（也许正因为如此，我才没能当上船长吧）。
这条运河本身就承载着丰富的历史与无数故事，当然还有各种画作。附近烧烤餐馆飘来的香味让我垂涎欲滴，甚至觉得整个运河都充满了那种香味。这次游览既长知识又充满乐趣。
如果由艾伦船长来驾驶船只的话，我一定会再去的。希望你们也能前来支持他们。尤其是向艾伦·S舰长问好。
