A perfect holiday in a gorgeous location!
Fjellborg Arctic Journeys的点评
点评：Fjellborg Arctic Lodge is a reflection of Ann herself, warm, welcoming, hospitable and with everything you could need taken care of.
We travelled from the Fjellborg Homestead to the lodge by dog sled. The lodge area was lovely, lit with candles and a crackling fire, the perfect atmosphere to come back to after a day of activities.
We stayed in the master cabin, which was warm, comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub and sauna were a wonderful way to relax at the end of each day.
Our days were very well balanced between fun activities and time to relax. We spent a day dog sledding with lunch for both us and the dogs, visited a Sami camp to learn about their culture and meet the reindeer, and tried ice fishing on the lake. On our last morning, we had the chance to be creative with ice sculpting, guided by a skilled ice sculptor, before heading back to the Fjellborg Homestead by snowmobile.
A special thanks to Mel, our guide, who really made the trip unforgettable. She was always there to offer support and guidance, ensuring that all of our adventures were fun packed and enjoyable. Maria, our hostess, was also fantastic, welcoming us with a smile and always checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Both of them went above and beyond, and we really appreciated their personal touch.
Robert and the team in the kitchen prepared delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with locally sourced ingredients making each meal even more enjoyable. The dessert on our last evening was my favourite, and a very special treat!
We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the cabin and the lake, an added bonus and a magical experience!
