Elizabeth Castle的点评
点评：Very dissappointed in our trip to Elizabeth Castle.
We got there just after 3pm and had just missed the ferry across so we had to walk out which took approx 15-20 minutes. By the time we were coming back m, the tide was in so we had no option but to pay for the ferry, but the are only 2 pricing options, £24.50 with return ferry or £19.50 no ferry. There was no discount fir ferry 2 way.
Once we arrived at the castle, we were met by tge staff who gave us a short brief & intro to the castle.
Unfortunately, a lot of the rooms were just empty rooms with no displays telling the visitors what life would have been like during its history when used as a British garrison or even when it was used by the Germans during the period of Occupation in WW2.
During our visit, there was nithing interactive that would have kept any visiting children interested, certainly no hands on activities.
Not worth the £49 we paid.
