点评：We had an amazing time taking a cooking class at Carlotta’s home outside of Florence! Carlotta was incredibly accommodating with our toddler and even had a high chair and changing table available, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable for our family.
The food was absolutely delicious, and we came away with recipes we’ll use for years to come. Everything was surprisingly approachable to make, and the focaccia was hands down the best we’ve ever had!
Getting back to Florence later in the evening was a little tricky, but Carlotta’s husband, Bob, was so kind and generous to drive us to the nearest train station, making the trip back into the city easy and stress-free. Both the food and the company made this experience truly special.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with even better food and company. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Florence, especially families looking for a memorable and authentic Tuscan experience!
