We have never experienced a meteor shower like this!!! The clarity of the dome was magnificent. It felt as if we were outside, but without the noise and the insects!!! I can’t imagine any better way to watch nature’s magic.
We were only there one night, but took advantage of the kayaks and walked the grounds a bit. There are fire pits, bbq’s, a playground, and more. Truly something for everyone.
Tim and Amanda were very busy with their 10th Anniversary celebration but still available anytime we needed them.
The only other thing I would say is we rented the portable telescope which wasn’t super user friendly for us. We are very inexperienced and actually preferred watching the stars live since it was the peak of the Perseid’s.
Would highly recommend everyone spend a night or two here.

唯一需要补充的是，我们租了一台便携式望远镜，但对我们来说使用起来不太方便。我们完全没有观星经验，事实上，由于当时正值英仙座流星雨的高峰期，我们更喜欢直接观测天上的星星。
强烈推荐大家来这里度上一两个夜晚。
