点评：This was certainly the highlight of our day exploring the environs of Lake Seneca in the Finger Lakes area.
We had a Library Tasting session with John Pulos who delighted and educated us with his incredible depth and breadth of knowledge of the history of wines while taking us through the varying tastes of different wines. John is in his own right, a celebrated author and has three books to his name. Wagner being the oldest winery in the area, this family run operation, currently in its fourth generation we got the feeling we were in the right place for our education and tasting.
We certainly learnt so much about the innate tastes within the notes, flavours and bouquet of different wines while taking our next sip of red or white wine. In conclusion, this was a most educational wine tasting and appreciation lesson. John Pulos knows his stuff!
