点评：My friend accidentally spilled a drink near the DJ booth and we were asked to leave — fair enough. But at the exit, two security guards grabbed my friend by the neck, shoved him against the wall, and threatened to break his bones if he didn't pay €100 on the spot. He said he was willing to pay but wanted a second to talk to me first — he wasn't allowed to.
When I stepped in to ask what was going on, I was threatened too: they said they'd break my arm, despite me doing nothing but trying to calmly de-escalate. We paid immediately just to avoid getting hurt, and were told never to come back.
I get that security sometimes needs to be firm, but threatening to physically harm guests who are calm and already agreeing to pay is completely out of line. Never coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
