I found the company online and booked the session through the website, which was very easy to do. I think I chose well for the ages and experience levels of my family. Overall, we felt we really lucked out with both the company and our guide.
Ines was amazing from start to finish. As someone who was nervous about trying canyoning for the first time with a family of teenagers, I couldn't have asked for a better guide. Her knowledge, experience, calmness, and ability to make us all laugh put everyone in the group at ease. I even jumped!!! I only did it because I had complete confidence in her and trusted everything she told us.
Having a phone provided to take photos and videos was a brilliant idea and gave us some fantastic memories to look back on.
We never felt rushed—only that we were in great hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
