High prices for wines that are OK but not special. Also poor service for us.!

点评：We caught Pine Ridge on a busy Tuesday. While it had 2 delightful greeters, there was only one wine host who was slow getting around the tables, in part because he enjoyed speaking about his own Wine experiences, for example, traveling with his wife to vineyards in France. That behaviour is probably OK when there are an adequate number of hosts but seemed insensitive when it meant that people like us were ignored for too long. We left halfway through the tasting and a concerned greeter offered to do something for us, but our time was up. We did not get to the super expensive Cabernets but did note that Wine Spectator ratings did not justify the prices of those wines. A Pine Ridge Cabernet with a Napa designation gets the same rating as the expensive narrower designations and costs way less than them, but is not offered at the winery.
We have visited at least 100 wineries in Napa Sonoma and are confounded that this Winery ends up with the highest rating on Tripadvisor.
