点评：Our whole family went for my nephews birthday. It was what he wanted to do and we were so excited!! When entering a security guard targeted us immediately! Followed us yelling random things, "No sitting" "Get off the Tree!" We were doing neither when he specifically targeted the birthday boy I finally said something. What was the problem you might ask. He squatted to get a pic on the ground beside the tree. I asked why he can't squat for a picture. He ranted about he knows how to do his job and I just don't want to follow the rules. We recorded part of the interaction because it was absolutely unprofessional and down right rude! We will be filing a formal complaint. So sad this rude man ruined the whole experience for our whole family and even follows us through the gift shop loudly talking with a co-worker about us and he almost had to kick us out. We will not be back and I am disgusted by our treatment!!
翻译：我们全家都去参加我侄子的生日派对。这正是他希望做的事，我们都兴奋极了！！一进门，保安立刻就把我们盯上了！他跟着我们大喊一些莫名其妙的话：“不许坐下！”“从树上下来！”可我们根本没做这些事。后来他专门冲着过生日的孩子喊叫，我终于忍不住开口了。也许你会问，问题出在哪里呢？原来他当时蹲下来，想在树旁拍照。我就问他为什么不能蹲下拍照呢。他大发牢骚，声称自己很清楚该如何做工作，而我就是不愿意遵守规矩。我们录下了这段对话，因为他的行为实在极不专业且粗鲁无礼！我们将会提出正式投诉。真可惜，这个没礼貌的家伙毁了我们全家的游玩体验；他甚至跟着我们进入礼品店，还和同事大声谈论我们，最后几乎要把我们赶走。我们绝不会再光顾了，这种对待方式真是令我们厌恶至极！！
