点评：I have been gifted quite a few pieces from Seodin Skerries. I have a 9ct feather pendant necklace, a 9ct rainbow necklace, a 9ct rainbow bracelet and my 18ct 3-diamond engagement ring is also from Seodin.
I really do like the idea of shopping local and supporting smaller businesses.
I have however had some interesting interactions with this store about their products that leaves me very disappointed and not in a position that I would return or even further recommend shopping here. As my item were gifts, it has not left just me feeling this way, but also a wider network of friends and family who were involved or aware of items purchased from seodin.
Focus only on sales. Post-sale customer service is defensive and not helpful. Seem confused about their own products and dismissive of any queries and concerns. I have two situational examples of this experience;
1. My rainbow necklace has broken >3 times. I only wear it for single days on occasion; worn it <20 times. It drops from my neck as the chain breaks I have nearly lost it each time that it has broken. I was shocked when my mum told me how much she had paid for it. In my opinion it is not of merchantable quality. It simply does not function as a necklace. The shops only resolution is that I keep paying for 25€ repairs.. this is not sustainable. They informed my mum that the necklace is worth more now than when she purchased it because of the price of gold. She asked regardless of gold price if it would be possible to get the money she paid back... they refused and charged her for another repair.
2. My husband purchased my engagement ring from seodin. They affirmed when he asked if they were real diamonds. They said they would send through the diamond certificate after the purchase. We only realised that he had not received this when i went to insure the ring. I reached out to them asking for the diamond certificate and was told they could not provide this as the diamonds were lab grown. But that these are still 'real' diamonds. A handwritten note stating the size of the lab diamonds (incorrectly) was issued on shop headed paper. This went back and forth a few times to be corrected. A lab certificate for the diamonds was never provided. It seems that they are the only lab diamond sellers I have crossed paths with that can't provide a certificate for their diamonds. The insurance company eventually accepted the receipt.

1. 我的彩虹项链已经断过三次以上了。我只是偶尔在特殊场合才佩戴它，总共佩戴次数还不到20次。链子断了，项链也就从我的脖子上掉下来了。每次链子断裂时，我都差点弄丢它。当妈妈告诉我她当初为这条项链花了多少钱时，我震惊不已。在我看来，它的质量根本不配上市销售；它根本无法作为一条项链来使用。这家商店给出的解决方案竟是让我持续支付25欧元的维修费……这显然是不可持续的。他们还告诉我妈妈，由于金价上涨，现在这条项链的价值比她购买时还高。她询问道，不管金价如何，能否把她支付的款项退还给她……但对方拒绝了，还要求她支付另一笔维修费用。
2. 我的丈夫从Seodin购入了我的订婚戒指。当他询问那些钻石是否为真钻时，商家予以肯定。他们还承诺会在购买后寄送钻石证书。直到我打算为戒指投保时，我们才发现他根本没收到那份证书。我联系他们，询问能否提供钻石证书，但对方回复说由于这些钻石是人造的，所以无法提供证书。不过他们坚称这些仍然算是“真正的”钻石。他们用带有店铺抬头的纸张手写了一张纸条，上面标注了人造钻石的尺寸，但数值有误。我们来回沟通了几次才把错误纠正过来。最终，他们也始终没能提供任何关于这些钻石的检测证书。似乎他们是我接触过的唯一一家无法为钻石提供证书的实验室钻石销售商。不过，保险公司最终还是接受了收据。
