点评:I’m leaving this review to highlight a problem caused by KIERAN the supervisor who's Southampton branch gave incorrect information provided before our visit.
Prior to attending, I was given an RSVP email confirming that I could arrive with two children instead of one for a booked bday party.
Based on this confirmation, I booked and planned accordingly.
When we arrived, I was told I would need to pay for the second child as part of a birthday party, which was absolutely fine and not an issue. However, I was then informed that the venue was fully booked, meaning my younger child was unable to take part in any activities.
This resulted in me being stuck with a very upset 2-year-old, who understandably became distressed watching her sister play while she couldn’t go on anything. It completely spoiled the experience and could have been avoided with accurate information beforehand.
If the venue was fully booked or had restrictions, this should have been made clear before arrival — especially after confirming attendance by email. The situation was stressful, disappointing, and not what you expect when attending a children’s birthday event.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other parents don’t find themselves in the same position.
I feel the staff here have very poor customer service skills. Especially kieran who was supposed to be a supervisor!
