Fun, Beautiful Stadium
Busch Stadium的点评
点评：Cardinals tickets are a bit more spendy than they are for our home town Twins, and I was purchasing tickets for four. As a result, I bought some cheaper tickets in the upper deck off the first base line. I wasn’t expecting a lot with those seats, but had wanted to attend a game at Busch for a long time.
We were very pleasantly surprised with our seats. The view was actually pretty good plus it was shady with a nice breeze being up that high. We also had a great view of the Gateway Arch from our seats.
We did encounter one incredibly grouchy and rude stadium staff member… an older woman. She was definitely a piece of work. My niece asked her where in the stadium she could buy a particular hat, and the woman yelled something nasty at her and waved her away. Very weird. However, the rest of the workers we encountered were terrific.
Food was pretty decent and walkways were wide enough that they weren’t super crowded to walk through. The stadium is also very walkable from several downtown hotels, so we enjoyed not having to drive and park.
Busch Stadium itself is pretty picturesque with a nice, fun atmosphere.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to returning. Two PowerTrippers thumbs up!
