点评:Do not EVER become part of the membership programs they offer!!!
I have had a membership for me and my family (6 people) for over 3 years. I did not wish to have it that long. It took me over 2 years to cancel the membership and will not get a refund even though it was Six Flags fault that I could not cancel it.
I called corporate several times and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I was hung up on several times, passed around and disconnected several times, this was after it took MANY attempts to even reach someone by phone.
I even drove 50 minutes to go to the park to cancel them and they could not assist. Even the supervisor could not assist and told me to call the corporate number.
After finally getting my membership canceled but no refund of any kind, I am now getting calls from their collection department saying I owe money.
I reached out to corporate again and waited days for a response, just to be told to disregard the messages and not to worry. It has been over a month now of getting a call and email every other day saying that I owe them money.
The customer service of six flags team is absolutely horrible and the park itself has gone downhill as well. Half of the concessions are always closed and it least 2-3 rides are closed every time I had visited.
The fact that canceling my membership could not be done online without the original confirmation number was an absolute nightmare.
Do not sign any type of season pass or membership with this company, it was absolutely horrible.

如果没有原始确认号码,就无法在线取消我的会员资格,这绝对是一场噩梦。
不要与这家公司签署任何类型的季票或会员资格,这绝对是可怕的。
