点评:Our 9-year-old was thrown from her toboggan when it flipped, leaving her with severe grazes to her leg, hip & arms (photos below). Could have been much worse.
Staff said this was “very rare”, but the reviews suggest otherwise - including that apparently the local hospital are quite familiar with visitors from here!!
A few safety recommendations:
* Higher side barriers, especially on and after corners.
* Staff and/or traffic lights at the start to ensure riders know how to use the toboggans safely and leave adequate gaps.
* Raise the very low bridges (or lower the track under). Padding alone is not an adequate safety measure.
* The tow lift needs an automatic emergency stop/kill line if a rider fails to detach.
This could be an incredible attraction, but until a proper safety review is carried out, I cannot recommend it.
