After paying and waiting the one hour that was agreed upon, no minivan ever arrived. We ended up waiting for over 90 minutes in total without any updates. When asking around several people just shrugged and told us to stand at a pick-up point as the van could come any minute.
There was no clear communication about the delay, no signs, and no way to track the vehicle. We eventually gave up and had to find our own transport, a private taxi costing us 2500 baht instead. A polite confrontation with the lady who sold us the tickets, however, resulted in a refund, but nearly two hours were wasted at the airport.
Very poor experience. I would not recommend this shared minivan service unless you confirm the actual departure time, pick-up pont, and vehicle in advance.
