Beautiful, but far from Annecy ville

点评：Plage de Saint-Jorioz is a lovely spot to enjoy Lake Annecy, although I wouldn't really call it a traditional beach. It's more of a lakeside swimming and relaxation area, with the usual beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
It is a little further from Annecy than some of the beaches closer to the city, so you'll need to allow some extra time to get there. And traffic can also be heavy depending on the time of the day. In summer, it can also get quite crowded and parking can be difficult. I'd recommend arriving early if you want to avoid driving around looking for a space.
One nice feature is the small port/pontoon. It's a pleasant little spot and adds some character to the area. You can also rent paddleboards nearby, which is a good way to get out onto the lake and enjoy the scenery from a different perspective.
The setting is definitely the highlight. The water is beautiful and the mountain views are fantastic, although you can find quieter and less crowded spots around the lake if you're willing to travel further.
