A must-do when you’re visiting O’ahu

点评：A great hike for nearly everyone. Highly recommend you do this hike in the early morning as it works be really hot during the day. It also does get quite crowded in the trail particularly at the lookouts and at the top with people wanting to take photos.
A few tips:
- wear sturdy shoes
- bring a hat
- sunscreen is a must
- plenty of water
There are a number of places along the trail to get great photos but particularly in busy areas make sure you get your photos and move on to allow others to take theirs.
When on the trail, if you are a little slower than others then let them pass to avoid any mishaps.
It’s a relatively easy hike but there are parts where it’s uneven footing and lots of stairs towards the top.
Highly recommend you turn left at the T section to see some great sights then head up to the summit. There’s also an old fort that you can go into. At the back there is a spiral staircase that takes you down and leads out to the states at the T intersection to go back down.
