Douglas Village Shopping Centre的点评
点评：Worst experience ever. We literally did nothing. We sat down and the cleaner came up to us and told us to clean up rubbish that wasn’t even ours, twice. Then after that, we just sat there quietly and she randomly started calling security on us for absolutely no reason.
We weren’t being loud, messy, or disrespectful at all. There was no explanation, no warning, nothing. We were honestly being targeted for no reason, A cleaner should not be allowed to treat customers like that, especially when they haven’t done anything wrong.
What makes it even worse is that she was the only person in the entire shopping centre who had a problem with teenagers sitting down in the food court. No one else said anything because there was nothing to complain about.
If you can’t even sit down in a food court without getting kicked out for no reason, then there’s clearly a serious issue here, I felt really disrespected by her and how she was kicking out only us when there was clearly other teenagers causing more problems in the food court.
