Scare Kingdom Scream Park的点评
点评：The female who was stood at the entrance with the security guard was rude when we arrived, this lady was discussing going out on a date with one of the security staff. The lady completely ignored us standing by the entrance point and only acknowledged us when I stepped forward to interrupt them talking.
We attended the same event last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come again this year. We paid £116:37 for three of us to attend the event, and we were thoroughly disappointed. We can only imagine that lots of staff had been given the night off due to it being Halloween, as there were hardly any staff around the site and in the compartments. Those compartments which were occupied saw very limited engagement with the 'scare', with one of these only having a security guard present inside undertaking no engagement or scare factor at all. Scares were non-existent!
In another compartment, I was met by a male actor who literally threw a container of water into my face, as I opened the door. I had my coat open at the time and was soaking wet through from my head right down to my torso. I personally do not feel that this is an appropriate 'scare'.
Submitted several complaints which were all received but have had no response or acknowledgment at all. Absolutely disgusting service. I would not go back even if it was offered for free. Don’t waste your money or your time go somewhere else.
