Discriminatory and rude!!!
Livingstone Golf Course的点评
点评：My wife is having hip issues but loves to golf when she can. We book tee times hoping it will be a good day. Our Daughters and her partner were here for the weekend so we thought it would be nice to golf. We have golfed Livingstone many times before.
I advised the staff that my wife was having a bad day and that she would only ride along ( which we had done before). They rudely said that was not allowed and she would have to pay a green fee to be in the cart. I argued that was unfair and said we would cancel our tee time then. They threatened to charge me a cancellation fee.
They advised I had to pay 4 green fees or the cancellation fee.
Now I was agitated and told them this was BS. The refused to call a managers I requested, so I conceded and paid 4 green fees.
As we were hitting some warmup balls at the range the young man came out and advised they would not let us golf and that a manager was on their way.
At that point our daughter went to ask what was going on. She managed to convince them to give us a full refund and we left.
Worst customer service ever!! To give up 3 green fees because 1 can’t golf. They must be making too much money!!
