Not as good as it used to be but still good

点评：We’ve been coming here at least twice a year for many years, especially for the pork chops and bacon, and we’ve always looked forward to both. Recently, though, we noticed that the pork chops don’t seem to have quite the same flavor they used to. It seems like something may have changed in the smoking process, as they just don’t have the same delicious smoky flavor we remember.
The texture and taste were a little different this time and almost reminded us of processed meat, although we know that’s not what they are. We’re not sure if the recipe or smoking method has changed, but we wanted to share our experience as longtime customers.
Despite this, we’ll definitely continue to shop here. We truly enjoy coming here and supporting the business, and we’ll actually be back again in October. We hope the pork chops return to the flavor we’ve loved for so many years!
