点评:We've never experienced such shocking and disgusting customer service. We visited the Psychic Fayre on February 22nd and decided to get a coffee from the bar. It was enough to know that we had to be hidden in a separate room to have our coffee but the 'lack of' customer service was disgusting and left us feeling like 2nd rate citizens.
We ordered 2 coffees and being the only ones at the bar we were served after 5 minutes. Two members came in and walked around to the other side of the bar which was cordoned off by a rope. The two bar staff Immediately started serving them and ignored us. They then gave our two coffees to the members! When we said that we were being served first they simply said "they're members"
At this, the two 'gentlemen' started laughing at us, we made our excuses and walked away.
If this is how human beings are meant to be treated then I wouldn't let them give me water if I was on fire. The snobbery was evident from start to finish, they should be disgusted with themselves with how they treated us
