点评：I have been on many historic house tours, and this has to be my favorite! The house itself is 95% authentic to when the Mills family stayed there (I can’t even say “lived there” since this was only 1 of 4 houses they owned. It was their fall months home.) We were able to see not only the beautiful public rooms, but also the downstairs areas where the staff lived and worked. Our tour guide, Faith, was friendly and knowledgeable. She carried an iPad with her and supplemented her talk with many historic photos, which she carefully made sure everyone saw. I live 3 hours away, but plan on coming back soon for one of their “Downton Abbey Teas” or for their Christmas celebrations. Highly recommended!
