点评：Really cool and unique spot definitely worth the visit. The beach is made up of small black pebbles from volcanic rock, which gives it a totally different feel from your typical sandy beach. It’s a striking landscape and great for wandering around and taking it all in.
One of the highlights is the remains of a shipwreck washed up on the shore, which adds a bit of history and character to the area. There’s also an old sailor’s strength challenge with heavy stones you can try to lift to prove you’re “sea worthy,” which is a fun touch.
You can easily spend a couple of hours here exploring. There’s a bit of walking involved, including some stairs and light hiking, but nothing too intense. Just keep in mind you’ll need a car or to join a tour to get there.
Overall, a really memorable experience and a great way to see a different side of Iceland’s landscapes.
