点评:Crap treatment. Get dinner and drinks early elsewhere and then line up at SH for whatever show you paid for.
We had $105 tickets for the show and reservations for dinner. We showed up early for our 6.30 reservation. Show was at 7.30. We kept asking staff what to do / where to be for the show. Staff kept telling us vaguely "over there." "When people line up." We never saw people line up.
Dinner service was so slow. I understand that wait staff were very busy.
Just a simple understanding that someone paid for tickets for the show and how best to accommodate enjoying dinner and the show would have been the right thing for Snug Harbor to offer.
But no. We got very slow (over worked staff) dinner service. Then we went to check in for the show and there was no place to sit upstairs or downstairs. Snug Harbor's customer care is NOT customer care.
I am grateful I got to see Delfaeyo Marsalis. Well done. Snug Harbor staff were doing their best I am sure. I will go back to see an important act at Snug Harbor but I will give them as little money as possible.
I know f that for one of me there are thousands more people who will step into my spot gladly, spend the money, get treated poorly, and be fine with that. Just know.
