点评：Bubbles & Bites: Sparkling Wine & Seasonal Bites at Benjamin Bridge was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Delicious? YES. Informative? YES. Beautiful? Obviously. BUT what really made this experience stand out was how personal, relaxed, fun and completely unpretentious everything felt.
Forget the idea of a stuffy wine and cheese tasting this was SO much more. Every bite, every bubble, every little detail… perfection.
Their house pickled beans were 10/10. Entirely worth the value for the hour experience.
Cannot recommend Benjamin Bridge enough but if the stars align and Ryan happens to be the host? YOU HAVE HIT THE JACKPOT. I wholeheartedly believe that Ryan is someone at the heart of Benjamin Bridge.
Seriously. If visiting the Valley, BOOK IT. If living in Nova Scotia, BOOK IT. If simply looking for an excuse to drink incredible sparkling wine and eat delicious food… BOOK. THIS. EXPERIENCE.
