点评：To be honest, this was one of those completely unplanned, unpredictable stops that end up becoming the highlight of your trip.
My friend just wanted to buy some wine in Croatia, and I casually said, “well… do you want to go to a winery?” She said yes, and just like that, we were on a little adventure. We picked a random winery online, and on the way we saw another one "Botero" and said we’d stop there after.
Plot twist… the first winery didn’t even exist where the map said it did. So we turned around and ended up at Botero instead, and I’m so glad we did.
When we arrived, it was almost empty. Two people were just leaving, and suddenly it felt like the entire place was ours. No reservation, no expectations, just pure chance.
That’s when Matea welcomed us with the warmest smile and such a genuine, kind energy. From the very beginning, she made us feel like we belonged there. She took the time to walk us through each wine, sharing the story behind every bottle in a way that felt personal, not rehearsed.
Then came the tasting… and honestly, I’ve done wine tours before, but nothing like this. The experience, the attention to detail, the way everything was explained, it was on another level. You could feel the passion in everything she did.
And the wine? Absolutely incredible. So good that I walked out with way more bottles than I planned...no regrets at all.
But what truly made this unforgettable wasn’t just the wine, it was Matea. The way she welcomed us, the care she put into the experience, and the pride she clearly has for what they do made all the difference.

至于酒？简直令人惊艳。好到我最后带走的酒远远超过了原计划……但一点也不后悔。
然而，真正让这次体验令人难忘的，不仅仅是美酒，还有Matea本人。她热情周到的接待，她对整个体验的用心，以及她对这份事业的自豪感，都让这次体验格外难忘。
