点评：We purchased the Best of Miami and Everglades trip from this company. We stayed at a hotel in Miami Beach and the company employee wrote that they offer pickup from this location. The day before the trip, they wrote that hotel pickup was not possible and indicated a pickup location in Downtown Miami. This meant we had to take a taxi and get there. We got up at 6.30 in the morning, we were with two small children, we missed breakfast. But ok, we arrived at the meeting point, there was no one there. I quickly checked my email and it turned out that at 6:15 they sent a message that the driver would be waiting outside the hotel!
Another taxi, another $40. And we returned to the hotel. The company only apologized by e-mail. Nothing more, no compensation. I will add that the trip is definitely too expensive for what it offers. If you organize it yourself, you will pay 60 percent less. I do not recommend this company. Look for better organizers.
