“Confidence-Building Dive Experience with an Outstanding Instructor”

点评：I had an outstanding experience with Sea Ventures Scuba & Snorkel, from start to finish.
Pre-dive coordination was handled by Yentle, who was incredibly meticulous and organized. Communication ahead of the dive was clear, thorough, and reassuring. I also had the chance to meet her in person, and she was just as fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly invested in making sure everything was set up correctly before we even got near the water.
My dive instructor, Deez, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a less-than-great experience from Cancun a few weeks earlier, and she genuinely took the time to listen and understand what had happened. She was upbeat, patient, and confidence-building throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was her attention to detail. She carefully reviewed my referral paperwork and caught multiple errors that could have easily been overlooked. That level of thoroughness spoke volumes about her professionalism and commitment to diver safety.
We dove Sand Slide, Cayo Diablo, and Isla Palominos, and the diving was fantastic. I saw tons of fish, multiple turtles, and even an octopus—an unforgettable experience.
Between Yentle’s careful coordination, Deez’s exceptional instruction, and the quality of the dive sites, this was a truly excellent experience. Sea Ventures runs a professional, safety-focused operation with people who genuinely care about their divers. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
