Fantastic little zoo with OUTSTANDING bird show.

点评：I bought my 7 year old daughter yesterday, we had been once before when she was 1. Our visit didn't disappoint.
The zoo is small but is home to some lovely animals such as the binturong. The lorikeet walk through was great, as was any other interactive opportunity- lemur walkthrough, wallaby and emu walkthrough (though I wish there was a sign reassuring you that she is friendly as she appears very intimidating and scared us to death haha! It was only after that staff said she was actually only 4 and actually friendly) and seeing the macaw free to walk around the inside of the enclosure was lovely. You say hello and wave and he says hello and waves back!
The shows are amazing. The animal and reptile shows were really good- staff hosting these was very knowledgeable and it was great hearing all the facts and learning new things- did not know about scorpions glowing in the dark! There was a jumpy bit (won't ruin it) - you got us with that one!
Dinosaur show was brilliant. The lights, smoke effects, voice over, humour and dinosaurs were all fab and combined to make such a great show. The kids in the audience were all laughing their heads off one minute about dinosaur farts and then crying the next when they were scared by the dinosaur haha! Have to admit, the one made me jump when right next to me!
The highlight of the day was of course the bird show. We had high expectations having read the sign saying UKs number one rated, and having seen the bird show at Warwick castle. Expectations were met!! Wow!! The man hosting the show was knowledgeable and very funny. It was lovely hearing his story. The birds in the show and the way the show was run was brilliant. It was actually really emotional! As soon as we sat down the rain started and it rained throughout the show which was a shame, but I'm glad we sat it out- very much worth getting soaked!
The only feedback we have is that it would be nice to have the opportunity to get up close/handle some of the reptiles in/at the end of the reptile show.

这里的表演精彩绝伦。动物和爬行动物表演都非常出色——主持这些表演的工作人员知识渊博，能听到各种有趣的知识并学到新东西真是太棒了——我以前都不知道蝎子在黑暗中会发光呢！有个情节挺惊险的（就不剧透啦）——这一招可把我们吓到了！
恐龙表演太棒了。灯光、烟雾效果、旁白、幽默元素以及恐龙模型都十分出色，共同打造出一场精彩的演出。观众席上的孩子们一会儿因为恐龙放屁的笑话笑到前仰后合，一会儿又因为被恐龙吓到而哭起来，哈哈！不得不说，有个恐龙模型就在我身边出现时，也把我吓了一跳！
当然，当天最精彩的环节还是鸟类表演。我们看到“英国评分第一”的标语，又参观过华威城堡的鸟类表演，因此抱有很大期待。而这些期待真的都实现了！！太棒了！！主持表演的男士知识渊博又风趣幽默，听他讲述故事真是享受。表演中的鸟儿们以及整个节目的组织方式都堪称出色。实际上，整个表演还相当感人呢！我们刚坐下雨就开始下了，而且整个表演期间都在下雨，有点遗憾，但我很庆幸我们坚持看完了——哪怕浑身湿透也绝对值得！我们收到的唯一反馈是：如果在爬行动物表演结束后，能有机会近距离接触或亲手触摸一些爬行动物，那就太好了。
