How one rude employee can spoil a trip

点评：Visited many a time, shop has everything you need and the quality is amazing.
We walked around the shop and made a few purchases. Decided to get an ice cream on the way out.
The queue was huge but we figured there was a reason for this.
Our day experience was ruined by one very rude member of staff.
At 1:15 25th May (I put the time so you can work out who the member of staff was and retrain on customer service protocol)
I got to the front of the queue, the ice creams that were being given out were huge and most ended up down the arms of customers. These portions were massive and overfilled. I asked if I could have half the size and one of each flavour so I could try them.
The answer was NO WE DON’T DO THAT. No explanation and proceeded to serve someone else.
It’s a shame that I wanted a smaller portion and would’ve been more cost effective than to waste excess ice cream.

店员的回答是：不行，我们不提供这种服务。他们没有解释，就去招呼其他顾客了。
我本来想要小份的，这样比浪费那么多冰淇淋更划算，真是太可惜了。
