Before our visit, I spoke to Libby over the phone, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She responded promptly to my queries, was knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole booking process feel effortless.
Having worked in public service for over 30 years, I know how much excellent customer service matters, and Libby is a shining example of it. She has an outstanding skill set, is a real credit to the team, and clearly cares about delivering a great customer experience.
Employees like Libby make a lasting impression and are the reason customers return. She is an absolute asset to Alpamare, and I’m sure she has a very bright future ahead of her.

My children throughly enjoyed the swimming pool and slides whilst we used the Spa- excellent fabulous and really clean. Staff very friendly too .
