Very Disappointing Trio for a Couples Getaway

点评：Unfortunately, this was a very poor hotel experience and not at all what we expected for the price.
The restaurant was a major disappointment. The food was served cold and was essentially inedible. For a hotel at this level, the quality and temperature of the food were unacceptable.
The spa was also extremely overpriced for what was provided. The hot tub was spilling over, leaving water all over the floor around it. This created a significant slip-and-fall hazard that could have easily resulted in someone getting hurt. This should have been addressed immediately by the staff.
Another disappointment was the lack of food service at the pool. For a hotel offering a pool and resort-style amenities, not having any food available at the pool was very inconvenient and made the experience feel lacking.
Overall, the experience did not come close to matching the price or expectations. Between the poor food quality, overpriced spa, safety concerns, and limited pool amenities, we would not return or recommend this hotel
