Musandam Tourism的点评
点评：The driver in charge of the excursion gave us a meeting point for 7:00 a.m. and asked us not to be late. So we took a taxi from our hotel to be on time, and halfway there, he changed the destination without any explanation. He ordered us to go to another meeting point immediately. When we arrived, we waited for him for over 45 minutes in the cold morning air at a petrol station by the roadside.
We finally get into the minibus (very dirty and cramped) and set off for Oman. The driver is very agitated and his driving terrifies all the participants on the trip. When we finally arrive at the border, the driver orders us to get out quickly.
Unfortunately for me, the customs officer refuses me entry to Oman because my visa is pending and the temporary visa is not accepted (despite my French passport, I was unable to take part in the trip). I was very sad and upset because I had clearly explained my current visa status to Musandam Tourism, but they told me there would be no problem. As a result, my friends left for the excursion, but I was stuck at customs. I panicked because no one told me what to do or where to go in this situation. I managed to get outside and a coach (from another company) offered to drop me off in the centre so I could take a taxi. I tried to contact the person in charge.
But no one from the Musandam Tourism team responded to me. So I managed to take a taxi back to Dubai, which cost me 300 dirhams. Despite my complaints, calls and messages, I never received a response from them. That is why today I am sharing my disastrous experience with this "company".
