Unfortunately for me, the customs officer refuses me entry to Oman because my visa is pending and the temporary visa is not accepted (despite my French passport, I was unable to take part in the trip). I was very sad and upset because I had clearly explained my current visa status to Musandam Tourism, but they told me there would be no problem. As a result, my friends left for the excursion, but I was stuck at customs. I panicked because no one told me what to do or where to go in this situation. I managed to get outside and a coach (from another company) offered to drop me off in the centre so I could take a taxi. I tried to contact the person in charge.
But no one from the Musandam Tourism team responded to me. So I managed to take a taxi back to Dubai, which cost me 300 dirhams. Despite my complaints, calls and messages, I never received a response from them. That is why today I am sharing my disastrous experience with this "company".
