点评：I’m a member of the Carrick Spa and Gym, and I’m personally considering canceling my membership. When I signed up, I wasn’t expecting this level of service. I’m not shaming anyone for being young or inexperienced—I do appreciate a young workforce—but the Carrick is crawling with staff who just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I’ve been multiple times, and each visit, the service has been poor—people walking around aimlessly, not knowing what to do. The cleanliness of the spa is below average. There should always be staff maintaining it—taking dirty cups, wet towels, cleaning the floors—but instead, I see them just pushing a bit of water to a drain and calling it a day. Once, I was in the shower and changing rooms, and there were clumps of hair left for over an hour, along with cups still sitting around. When you’re paying £150 a month, you expect better. The whole place needs a general clean, glass is dirty, grout needs cleaned. Basic stuff for a spa?
