点评:Well ...
Let's start with the positive. There is an outdoor and indoor part, of which the indoor part has A/C, so a good place to visit when it is boiling hot outside. The outside part opens at 9 am which allows an early start in the still cooler hours.
I visited because of the outside part. A great place to observe squirrels. Incredable the acrobatics they do in the palisade.
There are signs with information and if you ask (!) you will also get a paper with some additional information. The "village" is from 1956, was partially destroyed by fire in 2007. It seems I am looking at the left overs of a museum which had hardly any upkeep since it opened 70 years ago.
Is it lack of staff? Money? Work attitude?
I arrived shortly after nine and was given a key (what for?) and told it is not open yet. But I am standing inside the museum just having payed my entrance fee. And no, I do not want to see the inside part first, because I arrived early in order to beat the heat.
I had to ask where the entrance was. "Go outside, turn to the right." Well, there are three containers .. About 100 m away you can see palisade. That's where the entrance is.
I felt I disturbed the staff in their chit-chat about the soccer world cup.
Inside is a bit of everything again with a very dated presentation. A video display which stopped working. Another screen where one does not know it is to do something. Does staff not see when painting hang crooked? Or when written information is so far away one can no longer read it?
