点评:I went for one week mainly to get speaking practice. The school set up a homestay for me within walking distance from the school, so I stayed with a very friendly lady in the centre of the city. Following the level test, the school's director put me into what I wouldn't have thought was the right level group but which was spot-on! Trust them to figure it out for you! My group was very international, 9 students of 8 different nationalities. The day starts with 2h of grammar but made interesting and lively by a teacher who will give you tidbits of culture and geography in between. Never boring! Then it's off to a nearby café (misleadingly called a bar in Italian) for a coffee with your group and your conversation teacher. The lesson is then continued in the classroom, a total of another 2h. Homework is given but optional, and you can do it at the school in the afternoon where a tutor is available to help if you have questions. The school also offers afternoon activities. My favourite was the cooking course in a very nice lady's home, our little group of 5 learned to make tortellini (a Bologna specialty) and tiramisù!
