点评:Bad experience. Paid for services and did not receive. We purchased tickets ahead for a tour in an air conditioned bus. When the tour guide came out, he said the bus was broke and we might be ah, okay, in a van. There were 10 of us senior citizens that needed to load up. No kids. One man immediately passed a tip to the driver. We waited to load and the only available seats was in the very back seat. Extremely crowded, no knee room for an adult. This back seat was made for small folks. Advised the driver we were uncomfortable and needed to either change or bail out. Nothing said so we exited the van. Asked the young lady inside for a refund. None was given. Our takeaway is there was no concern for the customer. We should have either had a refund or offered another tour. Nothing was said on alternating the plans of a bus to small van until we needed to load up. We don’t tip drivers until the tour is finished. We are out now the money, and the tour as we came from out of state to see this. Rhonda Lucas.
