点评：I can’t tell you what the experience was like. We got sick the day of our tour and tried calling. No answer so sent email and asked if we could change our reservation for later in the week explaining the illness. We were told this isn’t possible. We are out around $300 and that was for the least expensive tickets. They weren’t sold out so it wasn’t like we took a spot from someone else. So, now we will never go and we will tell everyone we know not to go because they were so unpleasant. They would have lost nothing by changing the date. We could have showed up and spread our germs everywhere. Now, they will get much ill will and lose potentially a lot more money from a poor review and we have lots of local contacts to spread the story of our experience. Reserve tickets at your peril. Where is Minnesota nice?
