点评:Monday 21st July we visited the Island of Spargi as part of an organised Tour "La Maddalena Cruise" and this is one of the beaches there.
In fact it is the fourth beach along the coast from the landing jetty and located in Pirate Bay on the southern side of the island.
Our Guide informed us that it was called Pirate Bay due to activities carried out here in the past.
On our way to the beach we walked along the other beaches, clambered across the headland and granite rock formations.
It is a crescent shaped beach that has cliffs to the back of it and rock formations at both ends. It is accessible by boat or clambering over the headland as we did.
Sitting on the golden sand we had the opportunity to enjoy the view across the Bay, Archipelago and see the numerous yachts anchored up.
There were absolutely no facilities on this beach, no sunloungers, umbrellas or toilets, totally unspoilt.
It was worth the effort to get here and to see some of beautiful landscapes and scenery on the Island.
