点评：Our family of four have been frequent visitors to Lake Placid area mostly to ski White Face. Decided to try the Skeleton Experience as Bobsled experience is only offered in summer on wheels. It’s a very unique experience to be able to ride on one of the only two actual tracks in the US that the actual professional Skelton, Bobsled and Luge athletes use. (The only other one is Park City, UT). It was for sure scary and a risky adventure but the sled is much slower than the pro sleds and no skill needed. I was pretty worried about head and neck injury risk but seems safe as long as you stay still. You can only view other riders from a viewing center inside the building far from the track but cannot access that video or purchase pictures or anything. Some people would video the TV showing the live feed but we didn’t know to do that and all of us were participating so not possible anyway since we were all at the track. It’s expensive $75 a person for less than a minute. However, it’s a very rare chance to do something pretty unique. Probably going to be talking about this for years.
