点评：Great value, top quality experience, and an amazing learning opportunity for all ages. The Hickory Aviation Museum makes for a wonderful indoor activity. It's super affordable at only $10 for adults and teens, but it's totally FREE for veterans, active duty, 65+ and kids under 12. The customer service is so friendly and welcoming! The staff are all volunteers and some are veterans that can share first hand experience with what it's like to see and feel these airplanes in action. The facility is very large, so even if the Museum is very busy there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. You can spend as much or little time as you like, it depends on how deep you want to dive into the history. If you stop to read and admire all of the artwork and military artifacts on display you could easily spend 3+ hours, but if you only want to see the planes without to much of a deep dive you could probably do that in 45 minutes. Even if you're not super into planes...it's still REALLY COOL!
